The App’s AI features (Q&A, summary, research, resume optimization, etc.) require signing in with a Google account. After you sign in, we receive your Google account’s unique identifier and email address, which are used to identify you, track free-tier usage, and manage your subscription. We do not receive your Google account password.
When you use AI features, the document text or excerpts you submit, together with your prompts, are sent over an encrypted connection to our server and forwarded to a third-party AI provider (via an OpenAI-compatible interface) to generate results in real time. This content is used only to generate the current result; we do not use it to build user profiles or sell it to third parties. Our server records per-account feature usage counts (for free-tier metering) and your subscription status.
Text recognition (OCR), document translation, PDF parsing, format conversion, and PDF editing and encryption are performed locally on your device. PDF files you import and their locally processed results are stored only on your device by default; unless you actively use the cloud-based AI features above, your document content does not leave your device.
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe and/or Google Play billing. Your payment information, such as card numbers, is collected and processed directly by the payment provider; the App does not store your full payment card details. We only store your subscription status (active or not, plan, and expiry) in order to unlock the corresponding features.
You may revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings; the related features will degrade accordingly.
The App uses the following third-party services: Google (account sign-in), Stripe (payment processing), a third-party AI provider (processing the content of your AI requests), and Google ML Kit (on-device text recognition and translation). Each provider’s handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy.
On-device data: you can delete any document and its processing results within the App at any time. Account-related data: to request deletion of your account data (subscription records, usage counts, etc.), email us at [email protected].
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If this Policy is updated, the revised version will be made available in the App. We will highlight significant changes prominently.
